摘要

世界机器人大会与人形机器人运动会表明，从具身智能的人形机器人走向“机形人工员工”是一条可能的产业路径：基于平行智能ACP（人工社会-计算实验-平行执行）闭环，将数字孪生与物理工场互动反馈耦合，形成持续学习与平行智能；在真实场景中检验运动控制、感知与导航，暴露减速器与伺服等产业瓶颈，引导投资回归应用，重塑“机器扩人、机器渡人、机器益人”的社会认知。此外，还需要进一步落实跨平台数据、模型协同与多机协作落地，面向工厂、医院与家庭，强调开放、可治理、安全与普惠。

Abstract

Using the World Robot Conference and Humanoid Games as a case

we outline a path from humanoids to robotoids as digital or artificial employees. Through the ACP loop of parallel intelligence

simulation and digital twins are fused with real-world feedback for prescriptive and continual learning

and eventually a new intelligent ecology of humans

robots

and digital agents (or robotoids) for the era of intelligent industry and smart society.
