O(幸福/健康/互助的优化运维组织)转变,强调技术以人为本,服务于人性与人类福祉。呼吁通过可治理的智能科技,确保社会健康可持续发展。
In response to the governance challenges caused by the development of artificial intelligence
a new concept or belief is proposed that "intelligent technology must be governable and will be governed". Building a future intelligent ecosystem through three major systems: achieving LaSEE→CiSEE in economic and social ecology
