中国自动化学会(Chinese Association of Automation, CAA)是我国自动化领域最重要的学术团体之一。面对日益复杂的科研环境和繁重的科研任务,CAA 需要不断调整传统的组织和运营模式以应对新的挑战。为此,基于智能合约、分布式自主组织与运营(decentralized autonomous organization and operation,DAO)以及以大模型为代表的人工智能技术,提出了“数字CAA”的概念,构建了总体架构并详细探讨了关键支撑技术,描述了数字CAA的运行逻辑与应用场景,并以分支机构管理为典型案例,阐明其在优化管理和运行效率方面的辅助作用。同时,分析了数字CAA在实际应用中可能面临的主要挑战,在提升CAA可持续发展能力的同时,为其他科技组织的转型与变革提供参考和借鉴。
The Chinese Association of Automation (CAA) is one of the most prominent scientific and technological association in the field of automation in China. Confronted with an increasingly complex scientific research environment and arduous research tasks
the CAA needs to constantly adjust its traditional organizational and operational models to meet new challenges. Based on smart contracts
decentralized autonomous organization and operation (DAO)
and artificial intelligence technology represented by large models
the concept of "digital CAA" was proposed. The general architecture and key supporting technologies of digital CAA were presented. Its operational logic was described
its typical application scenarios were analyzed. Besides
the branch management was presented as a typical example to illustrate the auxiliary role digital CAA plays in helping CAA optimize their management and operation. Finally
the main challenges faced by digital CAA were analyzed. It aims to enhance the sustainability of CAA and serve as a reference model for similar transformations in other scientific and technological institutions.
